1) Does CheerySea have a retail store for me to view the actual products before I make any purchase??

CheerySea is a blogshop and currently we do not have any physical store.  We will update in the website as and when there is any viewing event available (e.g. weekend market, bazaar.etc). 

2) How do I contact CheerySea ?

We can be contacted via email and we will respond to all emails sent to us within 24 hours. 

Rest assured that you will get your replies asap within 24 hours as this website is currently managed on a full-time basis by the blogshop owners.

3) How do I place orders?

Refer to ‘Order Now’ page.

4) How do I know when my ordered items will be sent out?

The ordered items will be sent out within 2 working days upon receipt of payment.

If the order includes customized items, they will be sent out within 5 working days after payment is received.  

CheerySea will also send you an email notification once the order had been sent out via Singpost.

5) I am not residing in Singapore, can I place an order?

Yes, we ship internationally. Do refer to "How To Order" for more information.

6) I had seen this product on your website previously and I would like to place an order today, but I can't find it on your website anymore.

If the product is no longer shown in CheerySea’s website, this means that it is already sold out.  We will update in the website if there are any replenishment.

Note : For hand-made accessories, these are only available in one & only piece per design / color and there will be no replication.  Do place an order early to avoid disappointment.

7) I made a mistake in my order, can I still modify it?

Your order will be deemed as final once payment had been made to CheerySea and changes will not be allowed.  If you wish to change your order due to a mistake made, kindly send us an email asap before we send out the Order Confirmation.

8) How do I take care of hand-made accessories? 

 i) Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, hair spray, alcohol or corrosive agents.

ii) Apply your perfume, lotion, hair spray before putting on the jewelry.

iii) Wipe the jewelry with a dry & clean cloth.  Do not use any soap or detergent as this may cause unnecessary damage/decolorisation.

iii) To prevent/minimise oxidization & scratches, it is highly recommended to store the jewelry in air-tight containers or fabric pouches.

iv) Please handle hand-made accessories with care as they might be fragile due to small parts used for some designs.

v) Note : For Hand-made vintage jewelry, the colors of the parts may be uneven due to natural fading.
