Product Info & Stock Availability
1) All the products of CheerySea are priced in Singapore Dollars. The prices are fixed and non-negotiable and we reserve the right to revise/amend the prices without prior notice.
2) The conditions of our products are checked carefully for defects before sending out. Therefore, there will be no exchange or refunds allowed.
3) CheerySea has tried to made every possible effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours & details of our products on our website. The colours of our products in this website may differ slightly from actual due to photography lighting or computer resolutions.
4) The colours, shapes and sizes of some of the natural crystals or freshwater pearls may vary. The silver accessory parts are neither silver/gold nor silver/gold-plated unless specified.
5) Note that for vintage accessories, the colors might be uneven due to natural fading.
6) All our products displayed in this website are in limited quantities (especially the hand-made accessories which are the one & only piece available). In the event of product unavailability, there is no re-stocking available and we will inform you accordingly upon receipt of orders placed.
7) Priority will be given to customers who make payments first.
Refund & Cancellation
1)W e will conduct a 100% quality check on our items before delivery, as such we regret to inform that any refund or exchange are not allowed once the orders are sent out.

Alteration Service
1) The Length of the bracelets & ring sizes can be customised upon request (free for shortening, but extra charge might be incurred for lengthening services)
2) For all earrings, you can request for change of the earring hooks to clip-ons (please add S$1.00) and 925 silver hooks (Please add S$2.00).
