How to Order?
You can either :
1) Fill up our 'Order Form'
OR
2) Send us an email in the following format to cheeryseaacc@gmail.com
i) Item # (*Item# stated is in product picture)
ii) Order Quantity
iii) Name
iv) Mailing Address
v) Contact Number
vi) Postage Type : normal or registered
vii) Any other comments or queries (*for ring order, specify finger size)

Confirmation
1) Once your order is received, a Confirmation Order (CO) containing the payment details will be sent to you within 24 hours.

2) Payment must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of the CO.  The order will be cancelled if we do not receive your payment notice within 24 hours from the date indicated on the CO.

3) WARNING : All serious buyers are welcome. Dead buyers (a.k.a who had placed orders but had not made any payment within the stipulated 24 hours) will be BLACKLISTED


Payment

Local Customers :


1) Payment can be made via either internet banking or ATM transfer to our DBS account within 24 hours after receipt of our CO.    We will provide the bank Account number in the CO.

2) Please note that Cash by mail, cashier's orders and cheques are not accepted.

3) Upon transfer of the payment, do send us an email to notify us of the payment in the format provided below:
      i)   Name:
      ii)   Bank:
      iii)  Reference No.:
      iv)  Amount:
      v)   Date and Time of Transaction:

4) Note for interbank transfer (OCBC, UOB, all other banks except DBS/POSB), the payment will take about 2-3 working days to be credited to our DBS account.
The ordered items will be sent out within 2 working days upon receipt of your payment.

5)  Your payment notification (via email) equates to the purchase confirmation and acceptance of our order policy. 

6) Once payment had been received by CheerySea, there will be no cancellation or refund allowed.

7) We do not accept any reservations of items, the sale transaction will be based on a first come first serve basis.  Priority will be given to customers who make payments first.


International Customers



1) We accept payment via PayPal.  Payment is to be made to cheeryseaacc@gmail.com.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also make Credit Card payment (Visa/MasterCard) via PayPal.  For Credit Card payment, you do not need a PayPal account.  We will send a Payment Request  to your email address together with the Confirmation Order (CO).

Delivery (Within Singapore)
You can choose either normal or registered mail via SingPost.
These mail charges are to be borne by the customer. 

     *        Normal mail (Non-registered)
-                      1-3 items  : S$1.50
-                      4-10 items : S$2.00

*        Registered mail
-                      i.e. 1-3 items : S$3.80
-                      4-10 items : S$4.30
The ordered items will be sent out within 2 working days upon receipt of payment.
If the order includes customized items, they will be sent out within 5 working days after payment is received. 


Normal Mail
1) Please allow SingPost to deliver the Normal Mail within 2-3 working days.
NOTE : Delay in delivery might occur in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. due to service provider’s manpower resource, peak period e.g Xmas, CNY…etc), such delays are beyond our control.

2) Postage by Registered mail is strongly recommended package.  Cheerysea’s Accessory World will not be liable for any mails that might be lost through SingPost delivery. 

3) We had taken great effort in our packaging to ensure that your purchased items are securely packed before sending them out.  Therefore, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that might occur during postage.

4) With regards to missing packages (which might occur due to unforeseen circumstances),  we will help to check with the mail service provider out of goodwill, however please note that this is up to CheerySea’s discretion. 

5) For order that had already been confirmed as sent out by CheerySea, an email notification will be sent to the customer.  Should you have any queries about the status of the sent mail., you can click here to contact SingPost.  Alternatively, you can also call 1605 (local) or +65 6841 2000 (overseas).

6) Please note that we are not able to determine on the exact time of delivery, this will be base on SingPost’s delivery schedule from Monday – Friday during normal working hours.


Registered Mail
1) Registered mail should usually arrive within 2 working days.
NOTE : Delay in delivery might occur in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. due to service provider’s manpower resource, peak period e.g Xmas, CNY…etc), such delays are beyond our control.


2) Once your order has been processed and sent, an email containing the tracking number (RA# : registered article number ) will be sent to your email address.  You can then click here to check the status.


Delivery (International)
You can choose either normal or registered airmail.  The orders will be sent via SingPost and these mail charges are to be borne by the customer. 
Please note that a PayPal transaction fee of 3.4%+SGD0.50 is payable for each delivery.

*Note for International Delivery
Please note that all international packages must pass through the respective countries' customs office.  All charges (including but not limited to import duties and charges) are not included in the item price / shipping charges and must be borne by the customers.   
Customers would need to check with the relevant custom office prior to making a purchase to determine these additional charges, if applicable.
